Hi, I'm Karli

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a trained Breath-work Facilitator accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM).

I have dedicated the past 7 years completing many training courses and deeply studied the works of highly respected researches and mentors in the fields of emotional intelligence ,neuroscience and  human behaviour. 

I am honoured to be listed as a coach for Dr. Jonice Webb PHD, a pioneer in the field of Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN)™ recovery. This training experience deepened my understanding of the emotional landscapes that shape our lives and the importance of nurturing our emotional health.

As a proud wife, mother of three amazing adult boys and a beautiful grandson, I understand the importance of emotional wellbeing both at home and in the workplace.

My journey has equipped me with the knowledge and passion to help individuals break free from their limitations and embrace their true potential.

Breathwork works on two key systems in our body, the sympathetic nervous system and the parasympathetic nervous system.

  • Sympathetic Nervous System: This is our “fight or flight” response, activated in times of stress and danger. It prepares the body to react quickly, increasing heart rate and releasing stress hormones. While this is crucial for survival, chronic activation can lead to anxiety, stress, and burnout.
